1. Shipping Policy
a. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us at info@lexuskin.com to check availability and shipping rates.
b. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
c. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days within India.
- Express Delivery (where available): 1–3 business days.
- Delays may occur during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions).
d. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹00 applies to orders.
- Express shipping (if selected) will incur additional charges shown at checkout.
e. Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking link sent via email or by logging into your Lexuskin account / via Courier slip forwarded to you.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
a. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
Returns are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You received the wrong item.
b. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Contact us at info@lexuskin.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
c. Return Approval & Process
- If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back to us.
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
d. Non-Returnable Items
- Used/opened products
- Items bought during clearance sales or promotions
- Gift cards and trial/sample products
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- To cancel an order, email us at info@lexuskin.com with your order number.
- If your order has already shipped, you may refer to the return process above (if applicable).
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit or replacement, depending on the situation.
- We do not offer cash refunds unless required by applicable consumer laws.
